Racism is more individual thing than a group
what I feel is every person is a result of his or her Environment,
the way they are raised and the relationship they have with themselves and
they carry on with others.

In this post you are correct racism is more of an individual mindset.I have a couple friends from Assam during my studies and its really a pain to see sometimes SOME people 's perception about them.
Anyways! I love the seven north eastern sisters,the lovely Bihu of Assam and the most the love the beautiful cream base and red embroidery sarees.
I agree its more an individual mindset.But statistically speaking its majority versus a few good enlightened ( not necessarily educated ) individuals.Few in the North know or try to understand beyond the Ganges and the Yamuna.They work and earn by the Thames yet swear by the Ganges.
